The new ARIS PICO project actuator is a fully developed modular system for a large field of applications, making the actuator the perfect choice for many applications.

The great variety of possible combinations enables the customer to adapt the actuator cost-effectively to any particular application.

Furthermore, similar to the actuator series Nano and Tensor, there are available many special features for modular installation in actuators, expanding the functionality of the PICO.

As project actuator, PICO is available in customized versions for particular requirements or ex stock in Standard configuration.

  • Modularity & Flexibility

    • Flexible adaptation to customer requests due to a wide range of
      custom-designed application possibilities:

      • e.g.: square drive up to SW 14
      • e.g.: clamping adapters for ventilation flaps up to 20mm
        shaft diameter
    • Modular design ensures optimal adaptation to your application
    • All components installed inside the casing, no mounting parts
      (except adaption)

  • Security

    • Due to installation of spring reset elements, also appropriate for
      security-relevant applications
    • Use of elastic coupling element to minimize operating noise and to
      protect
      against valve overload damage
    • Mechanical end stop to limit operating displacement, optional
    • Manual gear adjustment, optional

  • Application

    • Multiple possibilities of use and fields of application
    • Subsequent retrofitting of adaptation interface possible
    • Cost-effective adaptation to valve by means of standardized flange
      system according to EN ISO 5211 (up to F05)

  • Casing

    • Robust casing made of glass fiber reinforced techno polymer
    • Ultrasonic welding procedure on actuator casing for implementation of protection class IP65 by default
    • Customized execution of connection with terminal clamp or
      prefabricated cable connection
    • Optional auxiliary position switches and rotation angle stops are easily adjustable on the outside
    • Built-in mechanical position indicator in signal color
